International Partnerships Program Director
Tim Dallmann is the International Partnerships Program Director at ICCT. He leads ICCT’s activities to support multilateral initiatives working to hasten the global transition to zero-emission vehicles, including the International ZEV Alliance and ZEV Transition Council. Tim also manages ICCT’s contributions to The Real Urban Emissions (TRUE) Initiative, which applies real-world emissions data to support the development of low-emission transport policies in cities around the world. He has expertise in measurement and analysis of vehicle emissions and their impacts on air quality and climate. Tim holds a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, as well as an M.S. and a Ph.D. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
